Update from CellGroup meeting last week (Jan 3rd 2006)

Happy New year!!

Prayer Request

- Pray for David’s uncle: His house was burnt by wildfire, His house is in Texas.

- Pray for Rebecca’s grandma: She’s 98 years old already. She’s very old now and she is a Christian. Pray that she will has peace.

- Pray for Pii Joom: She’s pregnant now. It’s a good news but she still have problem with Lee. Pray for their relationship.

- Pray for Pii Pui: Her visa and her passport sent to wrong address. So everything is not ready yet.

- Pray for Pii Numpueng: Her baby is due on Jan 20^th so it’s soon.

- Pray for Pii Steve’s daughter: A baby adopted by David’s brother, she‘ve got heart disease. She needs the operation soon but the doctor still in the making the decision procedure because they want to do it and they won’t ask any money for all the processes of operation.

Let’s go see “The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe”

Next week Pii Sean will give us the lesson from this movie. Please be ready by go to see this movie. It’s really good movie.

We don’t know which place we will be at next week we will inform soon later.

That was good last night. After we watched The Gospel of John movie, I think you get many thing from 1 hour of the movie. Last night we went through the book of John and we finished around John 7:10. Next time we will start at John 7:10.

So please come at 7.00 pm then we can just start at 7.15 pm. I hope to see you there next week. We will meet at Allen’s house again.

Pray for Pii Nampheung : Due date for her baby is Jan 20^th , 2006

Pray for Nong Nui : Her family has financial issue.

Pray for Preal : She’s going to give birth this morning.

Pray for Pii Sii : Visa

Pray for Pii Tad and Pii Noo-Na : They had a problem about the affair before. Now Cartoon is at Bor-Geaw and Pii Noo-Na’s going to move to Bor-Geaw to stay with her daughter and Pii Tad wants to stay here. So… I don’t know... Just pray for them that God will help them to figure it out. How to make a happy family for their daughter?

Vision for this week is giving. Everyone is very excited about time for Christmas now because all the gifts you will get for this Christmas festival. It’s very big celebration for Christmas But many people who has no change to get anything. Or they got some but not much. Like the orphans.

Please read 2 Cor 8, it all about giving.

This is the opportunity to give. We’re going to orphan’s home in Lumphun on Sunday after church. So I’d like you to come joy us or you have some thing that you want to give to these kids please bring your stuff. If you’re really busy on Sunday you can drop your stuff at the church then we will bring your stuff to the kids for you.

- Pray for Preal : She will have a baby soon.

- Pray for Professor Witoon : Camp for all graduate call “ Salt and Light ” on Dec 10-12, 2005.

- Pray for English Camp on this Friday at Bor-Geaw

- Pray for Auey : She will have peace in her heart.

- Pray for DTS Program : Josh, Rachel, Pha Rusty and Lynette are moving to run this program in Chiang Rai in two week. They need lots of pray.

- Pray for Zen : Argument with her family, She have to pay dept to Orange company for 3000 baht.

- Pray for Father’s day celebration at the church on this Sunday after church that all the programs will run smooth and all dads will enjoy it.

- Pray for Muay that God will open her heart. Who’ve been hang out with Christian group for a long time and she doesn’t know God yet. We should pray for her a lot; let her to know our powerful God.

- Pray for Air : She will move to Sa-Meang to teach Bible class for the kids

- Pray for Rebecca and Russ : They are going back to see the doctor in Bangkok on this Friday and pray that Rebecca will be just fine. Nothing wrong with her body. Pray that they’re not being very worried about it too much.

- Pray for Pii Wee : His Thesis, Taking the TOEFL and GRE Examinations, His Future

We got a lot of works to do this week. Let’s pray for our friends.

The Lesson was from John 12:20-36. Joshua did a good job to give us Thai lesson. Yeah! Yeah!

- Pray for Rebecca recovery: She’s getting better.

- Pray for Zen: Changing department for her study.

- Loy-Kra-Thong: Lots of Thai think that the way they fold Kra-Thong is the way that their sins will taken away from their life through the river.

Cellgroup Meeting On Nov 15th, 2005

Cell group last week was great. But we think that we should have time to pray for others more. Thank you for Cox’s family who came to visit us last week. The lesson was good too. And we finished around 8.35 pm., it was a good time.
The lesson was from John12:12-19, it is the story about Jesus went back to Jerusalem on the donkey. We learned that the donkey mean peace. So Jesus brings peace to us.
Our vision is to pray about the papers those we got from Pii Joom last week.

Cellgroup Meeting on Nov 8th,2005

Last week God blessed us so much that we got too many people for our cell group. (^_^)
But we had a very good lesson from Sorin and great vision from Pii David. So I just want to remind you some idea from lesson and vision from last week.

Lesson from John12:1-11
Sacrifice: Mary put her precious perfume to wash Jesus feet. That perfume was so expensive and she just gave it to Jesus.
Mary’s focus was on Jesus (when you compare her with Matha)
Timing: This story reminds us about the short time that we ‘all have on this life.

Don’t forget the red string on your wrist. It will remind you to show God’s love to your friend and pray for your friend.
Let’s pray that God will teach us this week to show love from You to others because we live for You not for ourselves.

After we discuss about the time and the place so we got the conclusion we made.
Time for our cell group: 7.00-8.45 pm; the critical time is 8.45 pm.
Mc and the person who have the responsibility in each part will be responsible to the time.
The place: Change every month. (Next month will be at R&R’s house)
For this month we’re trying to figure it out. (Don’t know yet)
In vision time for last week I gave you the picture of our cell group in 3 month later, about 6 month and about one year later. So I think each of you would make a picture in your mind of our cell group in the future. Who we have left? Not many, right?
So, let’s pray about our cell group in the future.

- Air & Ray and Corinth: They are still in the bad situation.
- Sickness: Many of our members are sick now.

- Urgent! Please pray for Pii Air and her baby : She gave birth to her son last night (Sept 29th) and her son got some problem he got too big heart and low insulin in his blood. So now he have to stay in the container for a while.
- Pray for K: She didn’t come for the last cell group that we had. And she wants to know God’s will for her about her job right now.
- Pray for Mam and Tyler: She gave birth on Sep 26th and her son named Tyler. Pray that he will be in God’s hands.
- Pray for the water situation at the church: We will get the good quality of water soon.
- Pray about the climate: In the state that got 3 hurricanes already. The north and the north east of Thailand are getting flash flood now.

I just thought that we should have blog for update the even for our cellgroup. If you have any announcement you can just post in here in each week. I will update it in every week.
